SPARCLE Challenge

Hey – thanks for checking out my SPARCLE fitness challenge. SPARCLE stands for short, progressive, arms, rear, core and legs exercise. This is pretty self-explanatory – each day, you get to perform a 4-minute fitness challenge – every day is different. Some days we work the upper body, some days glutes and others core. Each challenge is ONLY 4 minutes long but does not include your warm-up and cool down/stretch so I encourage you to please warm up for a minute or so before the 4-minute fitness challenge and cool down/stretch for another minute after. We won’t be needing a lot of equipment – you can use free weights or dumbbells for the upper body challenges and perhaps a mat for the core challenges. Make sure that your doctor has cleared you for exercise and physical exertion before you start any exercise program.
